ChessUmi Batch Analysis support

ChessUmi Batch Analysis works with the ChessUmi Analysis app. It does not require a separate extension account. Provider accounts are optional and are configured separately in the app.

Getting started

1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and open the ChessUmi Analysis app.
2. Review the extension's data-use notice and choose Agree and continue if you want it to access the compact game catalog and batch-review status.
3. Choose Manage reviews to select games and control a review queue. To run a review, the app may ask you to approve its own local engine downloads.
4. Keep the app tab and Chrome running while a batch is active. Chrome can delay background alarms and does not wake a sleeping computer.

If the extension cannot connect

• Confirm that the extension is enabled and that the app is open at analysis.chessumi.com in a Chrome tab.
• Reload the app tab after installing or updating the extension.
• Reopen Manage reviews or use Open app from the popup.
• If the extension reports an incompatible version, update the extension and reload the app tab.
• If an engine is not ready, follow the app's engine readiness prompt. The extension does not download engine code or run analysis itself.
